Respect the Locals

My process for the First four months interviewing  local businesses and community members and from various locations of the Bronx. I will conduct phone interviews and then meetings where I would document through voice recording and photography. I will preformed 2 Bronx long walks. where I will walk from one part of the Bronx to the other( south to North and East to west )locating found materials and using photography to document historic landmarks and references of the Bronx Community. After 5 months of interviews and gathering information. I will begin the process of creating  mixed media works, two & three dimensional works, large-scale Photos and printing quotes from the interviews.
Along with exhibiting the work I will create a a short video film that document the whole process of creating respect the locals with sound bites from the  interviews.
